Heven Residence - Zipolite

The unique design details in our Suite with Terrace made our stay feel luxurious and cozy, complemented by amazing ocean views every morning.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times for service.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with bathroom, a hammock plus a private patio and the staff are hard-working. The hotel boasts hillside location by the ocean. It's at walking distance from Postres del Sol, I tried nice desserts there.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, had lots of options. The location was beautiful and the free parking was onsite.

Oh, heven residence seemed lovely, but where was my red-carpet treatment? The pool, while charming, seemed to require a butler to attend my needs-so disappointing. How awkward that i didn't even get a simple welcome gift, a travesty really. If only my expectations didn't come crashing down!

The suite with terrace was beautiful and comfortable.

The cleanliness of the apartment balcony left much to be desired, with visible dust and unemptied trash. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long wait times for basic services, frustrating.

Don't miss the lovely breakfast by the pool. It's a great way to start your day while connecting with other guests.

The fine ocean views from the Suite with Terrace were pure magic! Loved lounging by the gorgeous communal pool and relaxing in the well-kept garden. Highly recommend enjoying a sunset cocktail on the terrace.

Heven Residence offers amazing views and a cozy atmosphere with its unique decor. A true paradise for relaxation, sitting by the infinity pool was an absolute joy.

The owner really made our mornings special with delicious breakfasts on the terrace, going above and beyond to cater to everyone's needs.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but honestly, it was acceptable.

My partner and I spent three nights at Heven, and it lives up to its name. The views over Zipolite are amazing, especially at sunrise. Victor's warm hospitality. Relaxing in the pool while watching stars at night was a magical experience!

The employees are all really helpful and attentive. the setting is excellent and unbeatable, next to the coast of southern Mexico in a hippie zen-like area called Zipolite. There's Cactus Petes' Casino relatively near the hotel too.

Amazing ocean views greet you from every room, especially in the Suite with Terrace where the bed overlooks the vibrant blue. The infinity pool, positioned for star-gazing at night while the sounds of the waves fill the air, creates an atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

While the bathrooms in some rooms are spacious, the lack of a door for privacy might not work for everyone. The hillside location means a trek up to the hotel, so energy levels might wane after a long day at the beach. For those who value easy access, it's worth considering that there's no direct path to the sands.

The room is nicely decorated, functional, and comes equipped with a bathroom and a full kitchen.
